On Sunday, Linda (fiancee) and I ran 13.1 miles at the Disney 1/2 marathon in Anaheim. It was a really great weekend and after light training for 2 months we were prepared. We finished in 2:43:32 hours, pretty good enough for my first half marathon, eh. The course wound through DisneyLand out to the Ducks and Angels stadium and back.

I am shooting for the San Fran full marathon in 2010 (I need two years preparation). You've just inspired me to set the DisneyLand half as goal for next year !
I am going to do it again. Way fun.
Plus if my fat ass can do it, anyone can! See you there Nick!

Nice Job Ted! Ready for a triathlon now? :)
Way to go Ted!
Congratulations Ted. If you ever need any advice give me a buzz. I have been running a lot longer than I have been coding (20 years running, 10 years coding). I ran 9 marathons and follow your blog, so it would be my pleasure to help you to a goal of another half or maybe even a full.
